Terms of use
The terms on which TraderCalcs.io is made available. By using the site you accept them.

Acceptance
By accessing or using TraderCalcs.io you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. No account is required, so use of the site is itself acceptance.
What the service is
TraderCalcs.io provides free calculators that apply documented formulas to figures you enter. The service is informational. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, legal or accounting advice, and provides no signals, forecasts or recommendations. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Permitted use
You may use the calculators freely for personal and commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation or security, reproduce substantial parts of its content as your own, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The design, code, explanatory content, worked examples and structure of this site belong to TraderCalcs.io. The underlying financial formulas are standard mathematics and are not claimed as ours.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing pages in substantial part, or reproducing the calculators themselves, requires written permission.
Availability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including individual calculators — without notice.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
Calculations are tested and reviewed, but we do not warrant that they are free from error or suitable for any particular purpose. Results depend entirely on the values you enter and exclude costs described on each calculator page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderCalcs.io excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, including trading and investment losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Advertising and third-party content
The site carries advertising served by Google AdSense. Adverts are selected and delivered by Google and its advertising partners, not by us: we do not choose which advertisements you see, and we do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for them or for any site they lead to. Any dealings with an advertiser — including any purchase, and any terms attached to it — are solely between you and them.
Advertising cookies are set only with your consent, and refusing them does not restrict your use of the site. What Google collects, and how to give or withdraw that consent, is set out in the privacy policy. The editorial policy describes how advertising is kept separate from the content: no calculator, figure or recommendation on this site is influenced by an advertiser, and there are no affiliate links to any financial service.
Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where the law of the country you live in gives you rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement, nothing here removes them, and this clause does not deprive you of the protection of that law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The review date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
